Barya Disability Support Services provides NDIS support services to participants. Our services are delivered in accordance with the NDIS Act 2013, NDIS Practice Standards, and the NDIS Code of Conduct. All services are subject to a formal Service Agreement between Barya DSS and the participant.

3. Service Agreements

Before commencing services, a Service Agreement will be established outlining the supports to be provided, associated costs, and the rights and responsibilities of both parties. Services will only be delivered as agreed and within the scope of your NDIS plan.

4. Participant Rights

As a participant, you have the right to:

• Be treated with dignity and respect
• Have your privacy and confidentiality protected
• Make choices about your supports and how they are delivered
• Raise concerns or complaints without fear of retribution
• Access information about your services and supports
• End your Service Agreement with appropriate notice

5. Cancellation Policy

Where a participant cancels a scheduled service with less than the required notice period as outlined in the Service Agreement, Barya DSS may charge a cancellation fee in accordance with NDIS pricing arrangements and guidelines.
