Our Mission
Barya Disability Support Services was created from the heart. Growing up with our eldest daughter who is living with disability, we have witnessed first-hand both the challenges and the incredible strength that exists within individuals and their families.
Navigating the NDIS system, advocating for the right support, and ensuring she received care that was truly respectful and person-centred shaped our understanding of what quality support should look like.
These experiences inspired us to create a service that is built on empathy, dignity, and genuine care. At Barya, we don't believe in one-size-fits-all support. We believe in listening, understanding, and tailoring services to each person's unique needs, goals, and aspirations.

Founder & CEO
Kabir brings strong leadership, integrity, and a family-driven vision to Barya Disability Support Services. As a devoted father to a daughter living with disability, he has firsthand insight into the challenges families face when accessing quality support. His focus is on building a service that priorities trust, transparency, and long-term positive outcomes for participants and their families.
Sahar
Co-Founder & COO
Sahar is a passionate advocate for person-centred disability support, driven by lived experience and a deep commitment to empowering individuals to live with dignity, choice, and independence. Her vision is to create a service where participants feel heard, respected, and genuinely supported to achieve their personal goals.
